No warning without prior contact.

Should any content or parts of individual pages or parts of the entire website infringe third-party rights or statutory provisions or otherwise cause problems under competition law in any form, the provider requests, with reference to §8 Para. 4 UWG, for a reasonable, sufficiently explanatory and quick message without cost note!

It is guaranteed that rightly objected passages or parts of these web pages will be removed within a reasonable period of time or comprehensively adapted to the legal requirements without the need for you to involve legal counsel.

The involvement of a lawyer to warn the service provider at cost does not correspond to the latter’s real or presumed will and would thus constitute a violation of §13 para. 5 of the German Civil Code. UWG, because of the pursuit of extraneous objectives as the dominant motive for initiating the proceedings, in particular an intention to achieve costs as the actual driving force, as well as a violation of the duty to mitigate damages. Nevertheless, any costs incurred by third parties without prior contact with the provider will be rejected in full and the right reserved to file a counterclaim for violation of the aforementioned provisions, if necessary!
